When Catherine Rollins joined Compass, the largest residential brokerage in the US, her brand needed to grow with her. The goal was a full identity refresh; refined, timeless, and built to last. We drew from the visual language of luxury fashion and editorial publishing, anchoring the system in Medino, a typeface that carries the quiet authority of a heritage brand while sitting naturally alongside the existing Compass identity. The refresh touched everything: logo, color palette, typography, social templates for listings and informational content, marketing collateral including business cards, postcards, and flyers, and an art-directed wardrobe and photography styling to bring the brand to life on camera. The result is a cohesive personal brand system that feels as considered in print as it does on screen.
